Lacoste Signs 13-Year Lease at 551 Madison Ave

NEW YORK CITY-Lacoste USA has signed a new lease for 13 years at the same location it currently is in.

NEW YORK CITY-Lacoste U.S.A has signed a new lease for 13 years at the same location it currently is in. The clothing firm will occupy 35,000 sf of retail space at 551 Madison Ave. in Midtown.

The firm will occupy the top five floors of the 17-story building, which also includes an 8,000-sf showroom in the penthouse. Both the landlord, Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board, and the tenant were represented by Cushman & Wakefield. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
