NEW YORK CITY-Godiva Chocolatier has signed a 15-year lease for 1,200 sf of retail space at 650 Fifth Avenue. This is slated to be the firm's flagship store. The site is owned by 650 Fifth Avenue Co.

The tenant was represented by Karen Bellantoni of Robert K. Futterman & Associates, while the landlord was represented by James P. Quinn, Nina Marroccoli, Aaron Ellison, Gary Youm and Randy Abend of Jones Lang LaSalle. For the full story, go to The New York Observer.
