NEW YORK CITY-Britain-based high-end bags designer, Mulberry has inked a lease agreement for five years for 6,000 square feet of retail space at 450 W. 15th St. located between 9th and 10th avenues in Chelsea. The designer firm will occupy a portion of the fourth floor of the 250,000-sf, eight-story building in September this year.
