NEW YORK CITY-Britain-based high-end bags designer, Mulberry hasinked a lease agreement for five years for 6,000 square feet ofretail space at 450 W. 15th St. located between 9th and 10thavenues in Chelsea. The designer firm will occupy a portion of thefourth floor of the 250,000-sf, eight-story building in Septemberthis year.
