PARIS-New development plans drawn for Ile Seguin, located in theParis suburb of Boulogne-Billancourt have been finally been drawnafter being vacant since 1992. SAEM Val de Seine Amenagementrevealed a detailed sketch showing how the city would look oncebuilt.
The designed plans also include indoor and outdoor gardens, amuseum and a music hall. The total estimate for this newdevelopment has not been decided yet. For the full story,go to Wall Street Journal.
