NEW YORK CITY-Retail chain Guess has inked a lease contract for 13,000 sf of space at the 575 Fifth Ave. building of Metropolitan Life. The landlord was represented by Robert K. Futterman.
In another retail lease deal, Urban Outfitters rented 16,000 sf of ground floor space and an additional 16,000 sf space on the second floor of 521 Fifth Ave. at an asking rent of $100 per sf and $350 per sf for the second floor and ground floor, respectively.
