NEW YORK CITY-Billy's Bakery will be opening a third store inNorth Little Italy, Manhattan, in November. The cupcake maker hadsigned a lease agreement for 10 years for about 300 square-footspace located at 268 Elizabeth St.
The deal started with nearly $250 per square feet and closed at$200 per square feet. Billy's will occupy the space after UnitedNude, the current tenant, moves out.
