WASHINGTON DC-The Mortgage Bankers Association has hired Kathy Marquardt for the post of associate vice president of council coordinator and commercial servicing. Marquardt will take office on Aug. 9 and her role will require her to provide expertise on loan servicing issues for commercial real estate and coordinate commercial business activities.
She will also manage commercial business council-related issues of the Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors. Kathy previously worked with KM Consulting and GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. For the full story, go to Structured Finance.
