Trilogy Appeals to Court for Invalidation

KANSAS CITY, MO-Developer of the West Edge mixed-use project in Kansas City, Trilogy Development Co. LLC has appealed to the federal bankruptcy court to invalidate JE Dunn's lien on the West Edge project.

KANSAS CITY, MO-Developer of the West Edge mixed-use project in Kansas City, Trilogy Development Co. LLC has appealed to the federal bankruptcy court to invalidate JE Dunn's lien on the West Edge project. JE Dunn Construction Co. had claimed a $12.4 million lien on the project after Trilogy filed for bankruptcy on May 2009.

Even BB Syndication Services Inc., a primary lender to the project, has asked the court judge to render the lien as unclaimed debt. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
