ORLANDO-CB Richard Ellis has increased the total number of sales to nine in this year with the sale of two multihousing communities, Residences at Sabal Point in Longwood and the 320 unit Silver Oaks in Orlando.
The transaction for the recent sale of two multihousing properties was carried out separately to two different buyers.
