In this position, he was responsible for property and debt acquisitions, development, financing, management  and capital formation.

Before his tenure at Flashpoint Capital Partners, Soefker was senior vice president at Miami-based Banyan Street Partners, where he also focused on property and debt-related acquisitions. In addition, he ran Flagler Development  Company’s six-million-square-foot South Florida portfolio from 2001 to 2007. As vice president, he oversaw development, leasing and management of the portfolio, in addition to directing the entitlement and master planning process for approximately 1,000 acres in South Florida.
