CHICAGO- Brian and Karen Brunhofer have joined forces with Gary Janko, a real estate investment firm held privately, to enter the homebuilding market. Both Brian and Karen have worked with Pulte Homes. The joint venture, Meritus Homes, based out of Deerfield is currently working to build homes on 27 lots at Estates at Inverness Ridge in Inverness.
The finished two-story homes will measure between 2,600 square feet and 4,000 square feet, which will be priced below the previous tag of $600,000. For the full story, go to Chicago Times.
