IRVINE, CA-INCO Commercial, a 30-year old Southland real estate brand, has expanded in Orange County with the launch of an office here headed by 30-year industry veteran Gary Marquis, formerly of Collins Commercial and Voit Real Estate Services. The INCO platform is a broker-owned, equity- and profit-sharing business model, according to Marquis. INCO Commercial is a sister company to INCO Co., a firm that is established in Long Beach and Riverside.

Marquis most recently was senior vice president with Collins Commercial in Newport Beach, which was recently acquired by DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services. At Voit, he was founding managing partner of the firm's Anaheim office.

Marquis describes the INCO business model of broker ownership as an entrepreneurial, non-corporate culture that is ideally suited to today’s market conditions. "We’re a sales organization and, as such, need to be nimble and reactive with proper resources and low overhead in a changing market," he says. INCO anticipates expanding to other markets that it has not yet focused on, he adds.

The INCO business model recognizes the desire of brokers to maximize their earnings while offering a full slate of commercial real estate services, according to Marquis. The firm offers both equity ownership in the company as well as profit-sharing opportunities to brokers and other salespeople, he says.

INCO Commercial's office is in the Park Place project at 3333 Michelson Dr. The firm offers a full range of commercial brokerages for office, industrial, and retail properties, as well as expertise in tenant representation, landlord representation, seller representation, investment properties, buyer representation, corporate client services and consulting.
