IRVINE, CA-INCO Commercial, a 30-year old Southland real estatebrand, has expanded in Orange County with the launch of an officehere headed by 30-year industry veteran Gary Marquis, formerly ofCollins Commercial and Voit Real Estate Services. The INCO platformis a broker-owned, equity- and profit-sharing business model,according to Marquis. INCO Commercial is a sister company to INCOCo., a firm that is established in Long Beach and Riverside.

Marquis most recently was senior vice president with CollinsCommercial in Newport Beach, which was recently acquired by DAUMCommercial Real Estate Services. At Voit, he was founding managingpartner of the firm's Anaheim office.

Marquis describes the INCO business model of broker ownership asan entrepreneurial, non-corporate culture that is ideally suited totoday’s market conditions. "We’re a sales organization and, assuch, need to be nimble and reactive with proper resources and lowoverhead in a changing market," he says. INCO anticipates expandingto other markets that it has not yet focused on, he adds.
