FORT MYERS, FL-GATES has won the contract for the renovationwork on Marion E. Fether Medical Clinic. The work is slated tostart in September 2010. GATES will renovate over 15,000 squarefeet of the 25,000-square-foot building, which was built in1993.
Renovations will be done on the lobby, pharmacy, family medicineclinic areas and dental services laboratory, which is expected tobe complete by March 2011. The architect for the project is LynPollock of Burt Hill Pollock & Krieg. For the fullstory, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
