FORT MYERS, FL-GATES has won the contract for the renovation work on Marion E. Fether Medical Clinic. The work is slated to start in September 2010. GATES will renovate over 15,000 square feet of the 25,000-square-foot building, which was built in 1993.
Renovations will be done on the lobby, pharmacy, family medicine clinic areas and dental services laboratory, which is expected to be complete by March 2011. The architect for the project is Lyn Pollock of Burt Hill Pollock & Krieg. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
