ORLANDO-Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida's Anne Deason Spencer represented the tenant Schlage Lock Co. in a lease deal for five years at 3451 Technological Ave. in East Orlando.

Schlage leased 4,475-square-foot space in the International Plaza facility. Grandstaff Development Equities represented CHUGIN, USA, the landlord of the 25,000-square-foot building, in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
