NEW YORK CITY-Pharo Management has signed a 10-year lease for 10,776 square feet of office space at 1370 Avenue of the Americas. This lease has doubled its total office space in the building and will be occupying the entire 26th floor of 34-story tower.
Due this lease agreement, two other tenants had to be relocated to other floors of the building. Pharo Management was represented by Newmark Knight Frank while the landlord, The Principal Financial Group, was represented by CB Richard Ellis. For the full story, go to The New York Observer.
