ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL-NAI Realvest has successfully negotiated two industrial lease deals totaling 4,800 square feet in Altamonte Springs. The first transaction included a lease for 3,000 square feet at 1010 Sunshine Ln. to Epic Worldwide. The landlord, Yorkridge Properties Inc., was represented by Paul P. Partyka.

The second lease was for 1,800 square feet of space at 217 Altamonte Commerce Blvd. to Show Partners, which was represented by Jack W. Lynch. The site is owned by EastGroup Properties. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
