HOUSTON-Memorial Hermann Healthcare System has signed a master lease for 35 years for medical space measuring 800,000 square feet in West Houston. The sites included in the lease include Medical Office Buildings 1-4 and the North Tower of Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center campus located at Gessner and Interstate 10.
Memorial Hermann has hired Transwestern to manage the leasing for the medical space. MetroNational and the hospital system will invest $15 million for renovating Buildings 1 and 2. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal.
