NEW YORK CITY-Meredith Corp., a Des Moines-based media firm, isall set to sign a lease for 200,000 square feet at 205 E. 42nd St.The firm had been scouting for an office space for quite sometimenow and has decided to settle at the 470,000-square-foot, 21-storybuilding, which belongs to the Durst Organization.
