NEW YORK CITY-Meredith Corp., a Des Moines-based media firm, is all set to sign a lease for 200,000 square feet at 205 E. 42nd St.

NEW YORK CITY-Meredith Corp., a Des Moines-based media firm, is all set to sign a lease for 200,000 square feet at 205 E. 42nd St. The firm had been scouting for an office space for quite sometime now and has decided to settle at the 470,000-square-foot, 21-story building, which belongs to the Durst Organization.

Meredith currently has offices at 375 Lexington Ave and 125 Park Ave., which could not accommodate its expansion plans. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
