WEST PALM BEACH, FL-The vacancy rate in Palm Beach dropped 1%from 24.5% in Q1 2010 to 23.5% at the end of Q2 2010. As a resultof this, the asking rate for the county rose to $27.76 per squarefeet, this after it had fallen for six quarters in a row.
