Quest Company Manages Two Retail Leases

ORLANDO-Quest Company of Central Florida Inc. has successfully managed two leasing transactions.

ORLANDO-Quest Company of Central Florida Inc. has successfully managed two leasing transactions. In the first deal, Danny's Broasted Chicken signed a five-year lease for 1,214 square feet in the Oaks at Lake Mary Shopping Center in Lake Mary. The landlord of the site was Oaks at Lake Mary Ltd.

The second lease for five years was signed by B4 & After Beauty Supply LLC for 1,360 square feet in the Longwood Lakes South Shopping Center in Longwood. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
