WASHINGTON, DC-Tishman Speyer has signed two good-sized leases at two separate buildings in recent weeks, illustrating the stepped up demand for quality space here. The two leases, one in a recently renovated building in the District’s CBD and one in Arlington, VA, total 67,000 square feet.

The most recent lease is for 28,000 feet at 1730 Pennsylvania Ave., NW. PRTM Management Consultants is taking the space in the 255,000-square-foot building in a 10-year deal that will begin in March 2011.  It plans to occupy the fifth floor and part of the sixth.
