Work on Bert Fish Medical Center to Start Soon

ORLANDO-Roger B. Kennedy Inc., a construction manager and general contractor, will soon start work on the renovation of the Bert Fish Business Center.

ORLANDO-Roger B. Kennedy Inc., the construction manager and general contractor will soon start work on the renovation of the Bert Fish Business Center. The project is estimated to cost about $1 million and will include renovation on 11,284 square feet of space for the Bert Fish Medical Center in New Smyrna Beach.

The project is being designed by Gerard J. Pendergast LLC of New Smyrna Beach. The work is expected to be completed by November 2010. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
