NEW YORK CITY-FDM Group, provider of IT services, has signed a lease for 6,709 square feet of space at 14 Wall St. The firm will occupy the penthouse on the 31st floor of the building, which was housed by JP Morgan earlier.
The asking rate for the site was $50 per square feet. In the lease transaction, UGL Equis represented the tenant, while the landlord, Capstone Equities, was represented by CB Richard Ellis. For the full story, go to New York Post.
