CHICAGO-A foreclosure lawsuit for $16.75 million has been filedagainst Joseph Freed & Associates LLC by the US Bank. The suitis related to failure of mortgage payments towards a loan taken forthe development of a hotel and residential complex at State andRandolph streets in Block 37.
