CHICAGO-A foreclosure lawsuit for $16.75 million has been filed against Joseph Freed & Associates LLC by the US Bank. The suit is related to failure of mortgage payments towards a loan taken for the development of a hotel and residential complex at State and Randolph streets in Block 37.
The loan on the property had matured on January 2009. The lawsuit was filed in Cook County Circuit Court on July 7. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
