MIAMI-Colliers International has appointed Stephen Nostrand astheir managing director for their South Florida office. Nostrandhas earlier served as the executive vice president for five yearswith the firm. As an EVP, he will direct and manage brokers andtake responsibility for strategic planning and implementation.
