RALEIGH, NC-According to RealtyTrac Inc., there was an increasein the foreclosure activity in the Raleigh-Cary metropolitanstatistical area in the first half of the 2010 (1H10). Theforeclosure activity rose by 49% in 1H10 when compared to the 1H09,but was down 5% when compared to that of 2H09.
In the Durham MSA, the foreclosure activity dropped by 3% in1H10 when compared to 1H09, but was up 26% in comparison to that of2H09. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal.
