Allianz To Move N. American HQ to 1633 Broadway

NEW YORK CITY-Allianz Global Investors has signed a 20-year lease for 213,000 square feet of space at 1633 Broadway.

NEW YORK CITY-Allianz Global Investors has signed a 20-year lease for 213,000 square feet of space at 1633 Broadway. Allianz will be moving its North American headquarters, which includes businesses NFJ Investment Group and Pacific Investment Management Co. at 1345 Sixth Ave, to the new site.

The new site belongs to Paramount Group Inc., and they have given Allianz an expansion option up to 260,000 square feet. The tenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
