NEW YORK CITY-Allianz Global Investors has signed a 20-yearlease for 213,000 square feet of space at 1633 Broadway. Allianzwill be moving its North American headquarters, which includesbusinesses NFJ Investment Group and Pacific Investment ManagementCo. at 1345 Sixth Ave, to the new site.
The new site belongs to Paramount Group Inc., and they havegiven Allianz an expansion option up to 260,000 square feet. Thetenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis. For the fullstory, go to Wall Street Journal.
