SEATTLE-The Advanta Office Commons in Bellevue and the Equinox apartment complex in Seattle has been sold by Schnitzer West for a total amount of $304.65 million. The 600,000-square-foot Advanta Office Commons @ I-90 was sold to Advanta Office Holdings LLC for $240 million. The building is fully leased to Microsoft.
The 204-unit Equinox apartment complex located at 1520 Eastlake Ave. East was purchased by Equinox Commercial Apartment Holdings for $64.65 million. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
