NEW YORK CITY-Los Angeles-based Al Mayass, a Lebanese eatery,has signed a lease agreement for a 4,400-square-foot space in 24 E.21st St., which previously housed Campagna restaurant years. Thelease runs for 10 years and the asking rate for the site was $70per square feet.
