NEW YORK CITY-Michael Kors has signed a lease for 10 years for 2,500 square feet of space at 133 Fifth Ave. at 19th Street. The new boutique will replace a Benetton that is slated to close soon.
Michael Kors was represented by Dana Commercial Group, while the landlord, Benetton, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the leasing transaction. Michael Kors will be opening another outlet at 792 Madison Ave. at 67th Street with the help of the Dana Commercial Group. For the full story, go to New York Post.
