NEW YORK CITY-Ruder Finn Group's operating division, RF Binder Partners has renewed the lease of its 21,672-square-foot headquarters in at 950 Third Ave. for a period of 10 years.

NEW YORK CITY-Ruder Finn Group's operating division, RF Binder Partners has renewed the lease of its 21,672-square-foot headquarters in at 950 Third Ave. for a period of 10 years.

The firm occupies the sixth and 17th floors at the building.

CB Richard Ellis' Edward Goldman and Derrick Ades negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Kipp-Stawski Management Group, the landlord, while Alex Chudnoff of Cushman & Wakefield and Haley Klein represented the tenant. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
