ORANGE COUNTY, CA-According to DataQuick statistics, the majorchunk of homes sales for 1H10 in Orange County was reported fromthe South County. There were 1,528 homes sold in south inland ZIPcodes in 1H10 or 77% increase in home buying across the county.
However, the mid-section ZIPs of the county, which were theleaders in home sales last year, saw a drop of 8% when compared tothat of 1H09. The median prices of homes in south island stood at$520,000. For the full story, go to The Orange County Register.
