NEW YORK CITY-A fee of $175 will be charged on the plaintiffsfor hearing a case related to city property tax assessment.According to a new rule, the Tax Commission will levy the chargefor properties that are assessed at or more than $2 million, whilefor a single condo the tax will be charged if the total taxassessment of the building exceeds $2 million.
