COATESVILLE, PA-A Keystone Foods distribution center here, about 45 miles West of Philadelphia, recently changed hands for just under $26.1 million. The 150,000-square-foot facility was formerly owned by an entity named KS Coatesville PA, and it was bought by what CB Richard Ellis called a "private investor," according to the brokerage firm's press release.
Food distributor Keystone holds a 20-year, triple-net lease on the asset, which is situated on 20.4 acres. The freezer/cooler distribution center provides supplies to about 400 McDonald's restaurants throughout the Delaware Valley.
CB Richard Ellis’ Sale Leaseback and Net Leased Properties Group, which is based in Chicago, brokered the deal for the building, at 201 Waverly Blvd. Brokers in the Philadelphia office also assisted on the transaction.
