COATESVILLE, PA-A Keystone Foods distribution center here, about45 miles West of Philadelphia, recently changed hands for justunder $26.1 million. The 150,000-square-foot facility was formerlyowned by an entity named KS Coatesville PA, and it was bought bywhat CB Richard Ellis called a "private investor," according to thebrokerage firm's press release.

Food distributor Keystone holds a 20-year, triple-net lease onthe asset, which is situated on 20.4 acres. The freezer/coolerdistribution center provides supplies to about 400 McDonald'srestaurants throughout the Delaware Valley.

CB Richard Ellis’ Sale Leaseback and Net Leased PropertiesGroup, which is based in Chicago, brokered the deal for thebuilding, at 201 Waverly Blvd. Brokers in the Philadelphia officealso assisted on the transaction.
