NEW YORK CITY-Conde Nast, a publishing company, has entered into a tentative agreement regarding shifting of its offices to 1 World Trade Center. The firm has struck a deal with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to lease around one million square feet in the Ground Zero site.
