INDIANAPOLIS-The Metropolitan Development Commission hasapproved the CSO Architects' request for a tax abatement toredevelop the former Bally's Fitness Center into its corporateheadquarters. The MDC has approved $56,541 of property taxabatement.


COS is expected to spend $1.8 million renovating the24,000-square-foot former fitness facility located at 8831 KeystoneCrossing. COS will shift from its present corporate office at 280E. 96th St., which will create an additional 10 jobs. Forthe full story, go to Indy Star.
