INDIANAPOLIS-Nordstrom Inc. will be opening a 35,000-square-foot Rack in the River's Edge shopping center in Castleton. This will be the first Nordstrom Rack store in Indianapolis, which is slated to open this fall. The Rack sells merchandise at 50% to 60% off Nordstrom prices.
Nordstrom already operates two high-end retail outlets in the city. To accommodate the Rack, Kite Realty Group will start work on a $15.5 million redevelopment plan to expand River's Edge by 39,000 square feet. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
