INDIANAPOLIS-Nordstrom Inc. will be opening a 35,000-square-footRack in the River's Edge shopping center in Castleton. This will bethe first Nordstrom Rack store in Indianapolis, which is slated toopen this fall. The Rack sells merchandise at 50% to 60% offNordstrom prices.
Nordstrom already operates two high-end retail outlets in thecity. To accommodate the Rack, Kite Realty Group will start work ona $15.5 million redevelopment plan to expand River's Edge by 39,000square feet. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
