MIAMI-Wexford Science & Technology has hired Jones LangLaSalle to exclusively manage the leasing of the phase one of theUniversity of Miami Life Science & Technology Park. Thebuilding is slated to be completed by mid-2011 and will measure252,000 square feet once complete.
The building will house offices, lab-ready development suits,retail space and wet and dry labs. Richard Schuchts, Gavin Macphailand Catarina Jimenez of Jones Lang LaSalle will handle the leasingof the building. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
