NEW YORK CITY-In what is considered to be Manhattan's largestprivate project, Tishman Construction and developer RelatedCompanies celebrated the topping out of the 60-story mixed-usedevelopment project. The building is located at 440 W. 42nd St.,between 9th and 10th avenues and was built at a cost of $800million.
The building will house 800 residential units both for sale andrent. They also include 163 affordable housing units. The buildinghas also applied for LEED silver certification. For thefull story, go to Crain's New York Business.
