SAG HARBOUR, NY-Elizabeth Dow, an artist and businesswoman, has purchased the Sag Harbor United Methodist Church from Dennis Suskind. Elizabeth has plans to convert the site to house her textile business.
The church had been unused for over two years now since Dennis had purchased the property in 2008 for $2.9 million. Although the details of the deal have not been disclosed, insiders have said the deal was set between $2 million and $2.5 million. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
