SAG HARBOUR, NY-Elizabeth Dow, an artist and businesswoman, haspurchased the Sag Harbor United Methodist Church from DennisSuskind. Elizabeth has plans to convert the site to house hertextile business.
The church had been unused for over two years now since Dennishad purchased the property in 2008 for $2.9 million. Although thedetails of the deal have not been disclosed, insiders have said thedeal was set between $2 million and $2.5 million. For thefull story, go to Wall Street Journal.
