CINCINNATI-BremnerDuke Healthcare Real Estate has developed anew two-story, 45,136-square-foot (rentable) outpatient facility onCincinnati’s growing West Side. It will be known as Good SamaritanMedical Center Western Ridge, and is affiliated with Good SamaritanHospital in Cincinnati, part of the TriHealth healthcaresystem.

The outpatient center is just the first step in the plannedfive-building, 34-acre Western Ridge development. Plans call forthe future addition of two more two-story medical office buildings(MOBs) totaling 123,975 square feet and two additional freestandingbuildings totaling 40,957. Good Samaritan plans to retain one ofthe MOB sites for future growth while the other lots will be soldfor complementary development.

Construction of the new medical center began in July 2009. Thenew facility is specifically designed to provide “one-stopshopping” for outpatient care. “This project is the anchor site forwhat will ultimately be the preferred healthcare destination forWest Side patients,” says Keith Konkoli, Regional SVP.
